She's a busy woman, so of course Victoria Beckham will have moments when she's a little worn out.
And yesterday was one of those days where everything seemed to have caught up with her.
The fashion designer, 37, appeared gaunt with dark rings around her eyes heavily covered in foundation, at the launch of Britain's GREAT campaign at Grand Central Shuttle Station in New York.
